Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems have evolved as central frameworks for integrating business functions within modern organizations. This manuscript examines effective strategies for ERP implementation with an emphasis on how these systems can merge disparate functions such as finance, human resources, supply chain management, and production.
The study draws on existing literature, outlines a rigorous methodology, and employs statistical analysis and simulation research to validate the proposed integration strategies. Key findings indicate that a phased implementation approach, strong project governance, and ongoing change management are essential for a successful ERP integration. The research concludes with actionable recommendations for organizations planning to implement ERP systems, thereby establishing a roadmap that balances technological, organizational, and operational considerations.
