License Terms

1. Copyright Ownership

Authors retain full copyright of their published work. By submitting and publishing in IJERBDS, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive license to:

  • Publish and distribute the article
  • Archive the content in digital repositories
  • Promote and index the work across platforms

This ensures that authors maintain ownership while allowing the journal to disseminate their research globally.

2. Open Access License

All articles published in IJERBDS are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0) or an equivalent open-access license.

Under this license, users are permitted to:

  • Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format
  • Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, including commercial use

provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the journal.

3. Attribution Requirements

Any use of published material must include:

  • Proper citation of the original article
  • Acknowledgment of the author(s)
  • Reference to the journal (IJERBDS)
  • A link to the license, where applicable

Failure to provide proper attribution constitutes misuse of the content.

4. Author Responsibilities

Authors are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Their submitted work is original and does not infringe on any third-party rights
  • Necessary permissions are obtained for any copyrighted material (figures, tables, images, etc.)
  • All sources are properly cited

5. Third-Party Material

If an article contains material not owned by the author (such as images, graphs, or datasets), it is the author’s responsibility to:

  • Obtain permission from the copyright holder
  • Clearly indicate any restrictions on reuse

Such materials may not fall under the journal’s open-access license.

6. Reuse and Distribution

Users are free to reuse and distribute IJERBDS content in accordance with the license terms. However:

  • The integrity of the original work must be preserved
  • Any modifications must be clearly indicated
  • Misrepresentation of the original research is strictly prohibited

7. Licensing for Published Content

The license applies to the final published version of the article. Preprints and other versions may be shared by authors, provided proper acknowledgment of the journal publication is included.
