Submission Guidelines
1. Types of Submissions
IJERBDS accepts the following categories of manuscripts:
- Original Research Articles
- Review Papers
- Case Studies and Technical Reports
- Short Communications
All submissions must present novel contributions and should not be under consideration elsewhere.
2. Manuscript Preparation
2.1 Language
- Manuscripts must be written in clear and concise English
- Authors should ensure grammatical accuracy and readability
2.2 Structure of the Manuscript
The manuscript should be organized in the following format:
- Title of the Paper
- Author Name(s) and Affiliation(s)
- Abstract (150–250 words)
- Keywords (4–6 keywords)
- Introduction
- Literature Review (if applicable)
- Methodology / Materials and Methods
- Results and Discussion
- Conclusion
- References
3. Formatting Requirements
- File format: MS Word (.doc/.docx)
- Font: Times New Roman, Size 12
- Line spacing: 1.5
- Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides
- Figures and tables must be clearly labeled and referenced in the text
4. Referencing Style
- Authors must follow a standard referencing style such as APA, IEEE, or Harvard
- All references must be properly cited within the text
- Only relevant and credible sources should be included
5. Originality and Ethics
- Manuscripts must be original and plagiarism-free
- Proper acknowledgment must be given to all sources
- The journal does not accept duplicate or previously published work
- Authors must comply with ethical standards in research and publication
6. Submission Process
- Manuscripts should be submitted through the journal’s official submission system or designated email
- Authors must provide:
- Complete manuscript
- Author details and contact information
- Declaration of originality (if required)
7. Peer Review Process
- All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review
- Authors may be required to revise the manuscript based on reviewer comments
- Final acceptance is subject to editorial approval
8. Revision and Resubmission
- Authors must address all reviewer comments clearly
- A revised manuscript should be accompanied by a response to reviewers document
- Timely resubmission is encouraged to avoid delays
9. Copyright and Licensing
- Authors retain copyright of their work
- Published articles are distributed under an open-access license
- Authors must agree to the journal’s licensing terms upon acceptance
10. Article Processing Charges (APC)
- If applicable, APC details will be communicated after acceptance of the manuscript
- There are no hidden charges at the submission stage
