The evolution of enterprise systems has led organizations to integrate robust platforms such as Salesforce with specialized systems like Majesco. This integration is aimed at streamlining business operations, enhancing customer relationship management, and optimizing insurance processes. However, the complexity of connecting these heterogeneous systems introduces significant testing and quality assurance (QA) challenges. This manuscript explores the best practices for testing and QA in Salesforce and Majesco integration projects, offering a detailed discussion of testing strategies, tool selection, risk management, and continuous improvement processes. Through a comprehensive literature review and an in-depth methodological analysis, this study presents both qualitative and quantitative insights derived from industry case studies and academic research. The results underscore the importance of automated testing, comprehensive test planning, cross-functional collaboration, and agile methodologies in ensuring integration success.
